At Camio Nails, every set is handmade with care, custom-sized, and created specifically for each customer. Because of the nature of press-on nails and custom-made products, all sales are final.

Please read the full policy below.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Camio Nails does not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds
  • Order cancellations once work has started

This applies to: Add-on items, Custom press-on sets, Ready-to-ship sets, Sizing kits, Custom designs, Sale/discounted items.

Why Returns Aren’t Accepted

Press-on nails are personalized items that cannot be resold for health, hygiene, and customization reasons.
Each set is handcrafted based on:

  • Your chosen design
  • Your sizing
  • Your nail length
  • Your shape
  • Your custom preferences
  • Your inspo photos

Because of this, all orders are final once placed.

📏 Sizing Responsibility & Replacement Eligibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing through:

  • A sizing kit, or
  • Quarter-sizing photos (hand next to a quarter & thumb next to a quarter)

Because every set is handmade to your measurements, Camio Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

However, I understand mistakes can happen.
If your nails arrive and do not fit at all, a one-time replacement may be offered under these conditions:

Replacement Requirements

To qualify for a replacement set, you must provide:

  • Clear photos showing the nails on your fingers
  • Proof that the sizes do not match your nail beds
  • The original sizing photos you submitted (if applicable)

❗ Important Notes

  • Replacement sets are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case
  • Replacement covers the nails only, not the shipping cost
  • Replacement will match the original order (no color or design changes)
  • Redesigns or style changes require a new paid order

This replacement option is offered as a courtesy to help ensure you end up with a wearable set.

📦 Damaged Item Policy

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged nails
  • Photos of outer packaging & shipping label
  • Your order number

If approved, I will remake the damaged nails at no cost.
Shipping fees are not refundable.

🚚 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is in the hands of USPS, Camio Nails is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Delayed delivery
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once:

  • Work has started
  • Materials have been purchased
  • Your design has been approved
  • A sizing kit has been shipped

Small adjustments may be possible if you contact me immediately after ordering.

Shipping Returns (For Approved Replacements Only)

Because all sales are final, Camio Nails does not accept physical returns for refunds or exchanges.
However, in rare cases where a replacement set is approved, the following shipping guidelines apply:

If I request the original set to be returned for review, please mail it to:

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen carrier.

Trackable Shipping Recommended

If returning an item, consider using:

  • A trackable shipping service
  • Shipping insurance

Camio Nails does not guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking.
